Entrance Counselling
Welcome to Entrance Counselling.
This session will provide you with:
- An overview of the process for receiving your student loan funding
- Information about your responsibilities while you complete your studies
Steps to take to keep your loan in interest and payment free status
- Information about paying back your student loan
The format of Entrance Counselling is designed so each page provides you with information about student loans, followed by a review question at the bottom. A status bar appears at the top of each page to let you know how you are progressing.
There is a one-page True/False quiz at the end to see how well you remember what you just read.
You will be prompted to enter your name, the school you will be attending, and your Prince Edward Island Student Financial Services number at the end of the quiz to help us track the number of people who complete the session. Providing your information is voluntary. Your information is protected and will not be shared with anyone. Links to web sites mentioned in Entrance Counselling are provided to you on the last page of the session.
